A Milo Adventure

So today we have my grandparents' dog again, Milo.  I grabbed Yeti (I believe I have shared him with you before) and tied him to Milo's back. As fun as it may sound; it didn't work. I then took a smaller stuffed animal and tied him to Milo's back. He didn't mind at all.

Milkshake

So today I looked at my chocolate Easter bunny and thought that he could taste REALLY good with a little bit of cream and ice in a blender... Hmm... Should I risk the preciousness of such gorgeousness? YES!! Even though it was a wild change, I took it (that’s totally me). So into a pot three chunks of milk chocolate from my Easter bunny, and onto an element on the stove. Turned it to medium and watched the chunks melt into the pot. A little while later I dumped the melted chocolate into a blender with some ice and some cream (YUM). I flipped the switch and awaited till the ice was all crunchy and the cream and chocolate swirled around. And ta-da!! The preciousness of such gorgeousness was suddenly turned around and suddenly the smoothy was the preciousness. If that make sense... Anyway, I got some shots cause I just HAD to share my preciousness.

Step 1: Take chunks of your bunny.
Tip: Try to resist the temptation of eating it. Did I resist it?... Maybe...

Step 2: Put a little pot into a bigger pot, and fill the bigger pot with water. Then put your chocolate into the smaller pot.
Tip: Turn on your element. Do not forget this, cause you may be there for a while.

Step 3: Put your chocolate into the blender, then a little bit of cream, then the ice.
Tip: Put the ice in last, then it has time to break apart. If you did what I did and put it in first, it will take a while.

Step 4: Stir around the blender for there might be chocolate stuck on the sides.
Tip: It's smart to stir because when the chocolate touches the ice, it freezes.

Step 5: Now go sit down and relax with your Chocolate Cream-shake. :)

(here's some pics)

In this picture above, you can see the chocolate on the sides. Be sure to scrape it off!

One thing I wanted to share is this: Readers who only read this blog thinking that the pictures and posts are the same on my other blog, I share completely different pictures. Also, every time I write a post on this blog, I usually have something else to share on Paramount: http://eplchelsea.blogspot.ca/. :)
Anyways, I hope to post again soon!

Liebster Award

My dear cousin... http://thecwtch.blogspot.ca/.... has nominated me and two others for the Liebester blog Award. So what happened is Olivia put out 11 questions for us three to answer on our blogs. I have tried my hardest to answer them...

Here is what Olivia's 11 question turned out to be...

1. What's your theme song?
This is hard... I have many favourite songs..... I really enjoy Francesca Battestelli. So any of her songs works.

2. When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up? Every kid's dream is to be a veterinarian right? Either that or a zoo keeper. Yes, my choice has changed. :)

3. Pet peeve?
The sound of pencils writing on a piece of paper. Thank you for pens!!

4. Do you ever listen to classical music?
I have never, actually.

5. What is the scariest thing you have ever done?
I can't remember something that scared me. I am sure there is something, but right now, I can't think of anything.

6. Where in the world would you want to live?
Emerald, Australia, or Chelsea, England (like Chelsea F.C. in the EPL).

7. If you could meet a fictional character IRL, who would it be? Why?
That' a though one... I wouldn't mind going and seeing Frodo and Sam in Lord of the Rings.

8. Did you ever change the name of your blog? If so, why?
I've had my blog for almost 11 months, but no, I have never changed it.

9. How do you feel about thrift stores?
I don't mind them too bad, but we don't have many of them .

10. Would you ever go skydiving?
YES totally.

11. Road trips, or quiet afternoons at home?
Hmm... it really depends on the weather. if it's rainy and dark, I would stay at home. Sunny, I would take a road trip. I prefer road trips.

Whew, there I'm done that. Anyway, see you next time, and thank you Olivia!!

Blood Moon

So, I am disappointed to say.... no pictures today. :( None that I took anyway. Ahem, so many might know what a Blood Moon is and many might be saying, "Is that a real thing?!" Like I did before I knew what it was. A Blood Moon is when the earth is right in between the sun and the moon. the sun shines right through the atmosphere of earth and makes the moon glow red. It has happened only three times in the last 500 years. Here's a pic I found:

Interesting, eh? Another interesting thing that going to happen in 2014 is a phenomenon. Its like this:

Meeting Milo

Oops... again I have not written a blog post since who knows when!! But I have been taking pictures. Lots and lots of pictures. :) So the snow is melting v-e-r-y slowly. The odd time we get one whole day of rain. And when it does rain, oh does it ever rain hard. Most of the time the sun is out, blue sky everywhere. I have to say; I am starting to uh, dislike, lets say, the snow. I want to see the grass, and the nice warm air at the beach. But I don't think the snow wants to leave yet. Right now people are saying that the lake is supposed to unfreeze in August!! I really don’t want to have to wait till then... Anyway, for a couple weeks now, we have been taking care of my grandparents' dog:

Cute, eh? Well this little guy is named Milo. And little Milo likes to eat (blech) the compost. He runs all the way to the back of the yard. When we empty the compost from our house, we bring it behind the  fence and dump it in a little box we have made using four skids. By the way, I have no clue how he is able to eat it. Nor do I want to know! Anyway lets just say he brought it back up today. <:P Gross. Gross. Gross. So today I decided to do something so he doesn't get to the compost. I took a bunch of chicken wire and stretched it out in the middle of our yard, from one side of our yard to the other. Then I went to the back of the yard and put some there too. I know it sounds evil but it has helped.

(I apologize that I have no pictures of the little cage I made)

After that he and I went back outside and took a bunch of pics. I was glad of how the turned out. :) He was surprisingly still! Here you go and see you later!! (let's hope not too much later)
